I called and got onto an extremely helpful sales rep called Jack. Great advice. The battery is excellent. Had an issue with the battery not charging but turned out i had turned off that setting in the battery management app. Very helpful staff and easy to contact to discuss the batteries.

I bought this charger to boost on cloudy days if needed but more importantly protect my battery bank from being discharged dangerously low. Our tiny home is fully off grid powered by 3 x 170w panels charging 5 x 120ah batteries through a 40amp mppt solar controller.
