PO BOXES: Please provide a physical street address at checkout, as most Trolltek products are too large or heavy to be delivered to a PO Box.
Orders with PO Box addresses may be delayed while we request an alternate delivery address.
AUTHORITY TO LEAVE: Unless otherwise specified, all orders are shipped with Authority To Leave. This means the courier may Safe Drop your parcel at the delivery address if they deem it safe to do so.
If you do not want your order left unattended, please contact us prior to dispatch to make alternative arrangements.
STOLEN ORDERS: An order is classified as stolen when tracking information confirms the package has been delivered, but the customer reports it as not received.
To process a stolen order claim:
Police Report Requirement: A police report may be required if the order value exceeds $150 or if the customer has submitted multiple claims in the past.
Time Limit: Claims must be submitted within 10 business days of the carrier's reported delivery date.
Failure to meet these requirements may result in the denial of the claim.
DAMAGED GOODS IN TRANSIT: If your order arrives damaged, please contact our Sales Team on the same day of delivery.
