Trolltek™ lithium batteries use new UL-certified cells and reinforced internal construction designed for demanding environments.

The Super Slimline is rated for an operating range of -20°C to 60°C, although charging below 0°C is not recommended. The battery carries an IP43 enclosure rating and is specifically noted as not recommended for under-bonnet installation.

For most 4WD installations, this makes locations such as a canopy, cargo area, behind-seat mounting position or other protected auxiliary battery location the better option.

Designed for Long Service Life

LiFePO4 technology is well known for its cycling capability.

The Trolltek™ Super Slimline uses new UL-certified pouch cells and is specified as capable of6,500+ cycles based on 50% depth of discharge, while Trolltek states approximately 80% capacity retention at 3,000 cycles under recommended conditions.

For users who regularly discharge and recharge their auxiliary battery, this can provide a major advantage compared with traditional lead-acid battery technologies.

Parallel and Series Capability

Need more capacity or a higher-voltage system?

The Super Slimline supports battery bank configurations including:

Parallel connection: Multiple batteries can be combined to increase total Ah capacity while keeping the system at 12V.

Series connection: Up to four compatible batteries can be connected in series to create systems up to 48V, subject to Trolltek's installation requirements.

For example:

2 x 12V 100Ah in parallel = 12V 200Ah

or

2 x 12V 100Ah in series = 24V 100Ah
